Tough talk from Australian army chief on sex scandal

2

The chief of the Australian army has vowed to be “ruthless” in ridding its ranks of soldiers who degrade and mistreat women.

In a brutally candid three-minute message on YouTube June 13, Lt. Gen. David Morrison addressed the alleged online circulation of “highly inappropriate material demeaning women” by a group of army officers.

“Those who think that it is OK to behave in a way that demeans or exploits their colleagues have no place in this army,” Morrison said matter-of-factly.

“If that does not suit you, then get out.”

  1. As per usual, the Australian Army shows the other English speaking nations what it means to be resolute, especially those girly-girls “leading” the U.S. Air Force. (MSgt, USAF Ret)
