The 45th Space Wing assisted in releasing two rehabilitated sea turtles back into their native habitat at Cape Canaveral Air Force station, Fla., on Nov. 29. The numbers are in! Active-duty troops and reserve component members will be receiving a 1.7 percent pay raise in fiscal 2013 despite budget uncertainties.
